INSTANT BANK TRANSFER (recommended because no cost and very fast ONLY A FEW SECONDS for it to arrive)
As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail from us .
Normally an immediate SEPA transfer made through Online-banking takes a few seconds to a maximum of one business day.
In comparison, a NORMAL SEPA TRANSFER made at a bank usually takes 2-3 business days.
The shipment will be made as soon as we receive your transfer for this reason we recommend the Immediate Transfer.
2- Credit card securely processed by STRIPE ( ADDITIONAL COST OF 6% )
Credit card payment is a great system but it has a cost.
Many times its cost is hidden but real.
The displayed prices of our items are the sum of the cost of the components and the assembly time of the same .
They are free of payment costs that the customer can decide to add at will.
Those who choose to pay with this system will have an additional cost of 6 percent as
if you buy an optional extra of the product

Warrantry:
All our products are covered by 2 years warranty for not professional use and 6 month for professional use.
Note: warranty terms refer only to the type of use: professional or non-professional.
Shipping:
We entrusts shipments to external couriers, the goods travel in port charged on the invoice related to the costs and risks of transport to be charged to the customer. Upon delivery the customer is obliged to point out to the carrier, resulting damages, missing items or tampering with themselves and to describe them hills on the transport of goods document. Verbal claims will have no value. For amounts see the space "Shipping" in the Home Page.
Delivery Time :
the order will be processed within 2/4 working days if product is available in stock.

Returns:
Customer satisfaction is our goal number one. If our customers are not completely satisfied with any purchased product, for whatever reason, the item may be returned, within 14 days of purchase. This applies only to private customers (end users) of the European Community and not to Companies which cannot return the items. We will gladly replace, exchange, or credit the items. Shipping charges are in any case non-refundable. The return fees are always paid by the customer. We do ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition or with opened blister or sealed packages. Special order items or cutted items are also non-returnable. The return policy is appliable only to the private end customers of the European Community.
Under dell'art.64 Decree 206/2005 the customer has the right of withdrawal on the purchased products. The customer can exercise this right within 10 working days from receipt of goods (not tampered with, and integrates in the same condition in which it is received) by registered mail with return receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same period, by telegram, electronic mail, facsimile, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight hours. The notice shall state the product for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, specifying the request for replacement with another product of equal value or total refund of the price. The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal. The shipping costs for returned products are paid by the customer. It is not expected any form of reimbursement for the costs of delivery of product delivery made

Jurisdiction and competence
Any dispute regarding the application and execution of this contract will be subject to Italian jurisdiction. The power belongs exclusively to the Court of Treviso.
